GENERAL RULES
- The prices are excluded the special days.
- All prices are included VAT.
- Early booking accomodation the 50 % amount will be charged and
remaining amount will be charged on customer input before.
- In case of cancellation of early booking 30% of the total
accommodation fee is charged.
- All Villas and most of the Apartments have full Sea views and
terraces.
- Meals: Breakfast (Per Person) 10 Euro - Large open buffet at Jasmine
Terrace. Lunch Buffet or Menue (at A La Carte Rest. in season ) Per
Person 10 Euro. Dinner Buffet or Menue (at A La Carte Rest. in season )
Per Person 17 Euro.
- Events : From 16th June to 15th September, on Mondays and Fridays
buffet dinners are served in Agora during the "Traditional Sicilian
Night" and on Wednesdays during the "Old Istanbul Night" in Agora
- The Hotel Management holds the right to serve the meals in various
locations depending on the weather and other conditions.

Italian Government Presents Highest Order of Merit to Patara Prince
 Architect
Turhan Kâşo, chairman of our Board of Directors, was presented with the Highest
Order of Merit by Mr. Giorgio Napolitano, the Italian President in recognition
of Patara Prince, Club Patara Houses featuring a unique architecture and design
that combines Turkish style with the Mediterranean culture and for his other
projects bearing the traces of the Mediterranean style. During the ceremony held
at the Italian Palace in Istanbul, Ambassador Mr. Carlo Marsili presented the
Highest Order of Merit to Turhan Kâşo.
